If you are a new student, we must receive a signed hard copy of the Application and Registration Form to process your registration. Please submit your Application and Registration Form in one of the following ways: Please note that based on the high number of OLLI students, we cannot accept registrations by phone at this time.

- Complete the application and registration form (.pdf). Be sure to include the 5-digit course code, title and location. The form is also available in our brochure.
