How Do I Apply?
The EOPS program at Sierra College accepts applications for the Fall and Spring semester. Students will need to complete the following steps in order to be considered for EOPS eligibility.
- Apply for admissions to Sierra College in person or online
- Take assessment tests (English, Reading, Math)
- Complete an EOPS application and Board of Governor Fee Waiver (BOGW)
- Apply for Financial Aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA*), apply online now at www.fafsa.ed.gov
Once you have completed steps 1-3 listed above, submit your completed EOPS application and BOGW form into the EOPS office for processing. PLEASE check with the office for specifics on open filing period and deadlines.
*FAFSA: You will need to send your FAFSA application directly to the Student Aid Processing Center. The address is indicated on your FAFSA packet, or apply online. Priority filing deadline for FAFSA is March 2 of every year.
