Our goal is to provide Sierra College students with the academic support they need in order to achieve success.
All students who use the Tutor Center will automatically be enrolled in Skill Development 801, described as "Supervised Tutorials" in the college catalog. This is a non-credit course.
The Centers' free services include:
- one-to-one peer tutoring,
- group study, and
- on the Rocklin Campus, services and facilities for Distance Learning and make-up testing.
On the Rocklin Campus the Testing Center is housed on the same floor as the Tutor Center. It provides testing services for Distance Learning courses as well as make-up testing for all instruction.
