All veterans must meet with the "Veterans Counselor" and have a SEP (student education plan) prepared. The SEP will be used as a guide in selecting payable classes. The VA only pays veterans benefits for classes following a specific degree or certificate program.
Before the Sierra College Veterans Office can make a SEP appointment, you must have completed and/ or returned all paperwork, unopened Official Transcripts, and have completed assessment testing if you have not fulfilled the reading, writing and math requirements.
